They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were horrible. Some seats you had to climb over another patient just to get into...thats only if your lucky and get a seat. If you are one of those unlucky ones who don't get a seat, you actually have to wait downstairs in a lobby. I tried this doctor twice. Every time I went there was a lobby full of people. Their are even signs hanging in the hallway stating you cannot stand in the hallway! Ok well I was a lucky one and got a seat. I showed up 30 minutes early because I was a new patient. And when I had made this appointment, I was supposidly the first appointment of the day. As more people piled into this tiny office, I found out I was one of five who were scheduled for the same time. Oh yea, the doctor showed up an hour late too. This was really an experience never to be forgotten.
Once you do get into the doctor, if you can stand the wait...The whole five minutes you spend with the doctor was spent going over what you filled out in the waiting room.
Then your ushered off into the next room to check your heart...for what?? Ohh..it's just what she does. Ok i fell for that one. But then after the heart check (which they send the results of the ekg to an outside doctor...hence another insurance charge)...your sat in this little office with a desk..which is her "lab". You get four tubes of blood drawn...Ohh for what?? Once again I get the same response, this is just what she does aka standard procedures. The charge for that blood draw was $1289.67 to my insurance...my mouth hit the floor on that one.
Mind you, that was just my first visit.
After about two weeks of waiting for a call to tell me that my test results were back, of course i called. The snotty receptionist told me that i was supposed to have made a follow up visit to get the results, they wouldn't have called me. Soooo on the next and definate last visit, I tried to get my blood work and ekg results. I have to go back to that little waiting room for a few... theirs a sign hanging in the window as you walk in stating..."walk ins welcome". So yea, I did remember that and decided to call before I just walked in to get these results. The receptionist told me sure come on in, it's not busy at all. I specifically told her, I'll be leaving work early to come in, are you sure? Once again, she says yea sure come on in! I get there and low and behold---waiting room and lobby full of people. I go to sign in. I figured I would sign in, go get some food, then just wait. No sign in board. I ask the receptionist for it. She tells me no more sign in today. Ok so now this is me..., I just called less than an hour ago, and you told me to come in. Is this what you call not busy? So i said fine, just give me my test results I'll goto another doctor. Their response, no way, you have to see her or no results. A big LOL on this one...
This was by far the worst experience I've ever experienced at a doctor. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. The staff seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave just to get the next number in the door. Terrible...Horrible...
