Office staff and Dentist are pleasant enough, but I gave two stars because of the 'political agenda' being pushed by the Monticcilo Family. I receive periodic hard copy advertisements in the mail from this outfit and on more than one occasion I've seen mixed couples pictured together. What does this have to do with pulling a tooth? Do we not see enough of this in tv commercials, programs, movies, etc? I don't want to see it from my dentist, therefore, the advertisement goes into the fire pit and I go to another dentist. Case closed.

I have had a long wait on most of my visits. On my second visit, they said that since I didn't call them back to confirm that I was still coming they almost gave away my appointment.

After my last visit, they sent me an additional bill. I wrote to my insurance company and they said that I was not responsible for the additional amount. In fact, they had over-charged me.
