They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
