I have been going to Bushnell Family Practice for a long time, but since Sue Adams left I will be changing doctors. He schedules patients every 10 minutes, according to his receptionist, and has a horrible bedside manner. We went to the doctor today. My daughter had a leg wound from earlier in the week, which the doctor wouldn't even look at. She came home from school with strong abdominal pain, headache, nausea and shortness of breath. I wanted to make sure that it wasn't related to the leg wound and make sure it wasn't appendicitis. I'd rather take her to the doctor, especially with the shortness of breath. The doctor chewed me out for bringing her in unnecessarily and interrupted me multiple times when I tried to explain my concerns. This isn't the first time he has not let me explain what is going on or ask questions, but it will be the last.

On a good note, the office makes every effort to get me in as quickly as possible.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
