They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
