I have been here since my daughter was born, she's now five years old and along with my son who is now 3. I hve no complaints except for the fact that unless I select the button for an appointmet when I call, I don't get to speak to anyone directly. I also don't like that the doctor is not availalbe to speak to me directly on the first call, they are good at calling back though and if its an urgent need they do try to get back quicker. I like the hours they accomodate for later evening appointments on wednesay so I don't always need to leave work midday to bring them in. The saturday hours are a blessing too.
Staff wise they are freindly, courteous, and kind so no problem there.

They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say.
