I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I was disappointed, I needed an adjustment on a lower denture, I was quoted one price and then that price was doubled, I have been involved in the dental industry as a worker and as a client, it appeared that the adjustment I needed was bothersome to the office. It is not fixed after paying $ 80.00, I paid for a service and I received nothing, I do not know if I want to call them and have them make good on the adjustment , it is my opinion that how they acted and then raising the price because I was in need, they did not make the denture is not at all professional. I hope he believes in karma because his is not very good right now, as I have read he likes to toot his own horn.

I was extremely pleased with my visit to Dr. Medinas office. The staff was very friendly and everyone seemed happy to be working there. The waiting area was clean and there were plenty of things to look at during my short wait time. The staff was very helpful in finding a safe place for my infant daughter during my x-rays and one of the ladies was kind enough to keep my daughter entertained after she woke up in the middle of my exam. The man doing the x-rays was super nice and very gentle. Dr. Medina was very thorough with the exam and answered all of my questions. It helped that he was funny and able to joke around with me during my visit. He made me feel very comfortable - which isn't something I've ever been able to say about a dentist before! :)
The prices were reasonable and I was very pleased with my visit. I will definitely be calling to make an appointment for my cleaning and other work.
