They refused to bill my insurance for imaging and made me oay $360 out of pocket for Ct/x-ray imaging.. when I first made the appointment I asked them if they accepted my insurance Delta dental PPO and they said yes. I then made the appointment with Dr. Hameshian. When I arrived they made me see another doctor who apparently does not accept my insurance and because of this the Dentofacial institute is attempting to charge me much more than they would have accepted from my insurance. Do they do this on purpose to extract more from patients? Read the other reviews (on vitals and healthgrades) and see for yourself. . Now they tell me I owe them $110 more. When I called to inquire about this, they were rude snarky and went straight to telling me that if I did not pay within 90 days it would go to collections. Steer clear of this place. You've been warned.
