I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
