I drive over an hour from work to see Dr. Robbins. I miss work time that I don't get paid for and I use significant gas in my car. I'm sure she would be great if you could actually see her in a timely manner. I've been over 4 times now and EVERY SINGLE TIME Ive waited over 1.5 hours (sometimes 2) before I actually saw her. Today I actually left the office after waiting an hour in the waiting room and I still hadn't been called back to a room. The receptionist told me it would be another 20 mins. I told them I would be changing doctors and she sounded like she didn't even care. No apology. They definitely need to change receptionists. They've never been friendly and when I called the first time, the receptionist didn't even know what polysystic ovarian disease was. I am such an easy person to please but this doctor's office has pushed too many of my buttons over the past six months.

I have a sort of love/hate relationship with Dr. Robbins' office. She is phenomenal during appointments, but getting to the appointments and anything outside of an annual is beyond frustrating. I have been made to wait 3+ hours to be seen on multiple occasions. I have also been made to wait 2-3 weeks for a call back concerning labs and tests on multiple occasions. When calling to inquire about the lack of information, you may get a kind, helpful person, but you'll more than likely get somebody who obviously is not concerned with your concern. It seems to me that they are much more concerned with their level of service when dealing with pregnant patients. Dr. Robbins has been outstanding with my sister and all of her pregnancies, and she's been wonderful with my mother who's had some more severe health concerns. Neither have ever had issues. I, however, feel like a stalker because of how hard it is to get them to take care of me and my fertility concerns. I love Dr. Robbins, but I'd go elsewhere if I could find another doctor with better reviews.
