Dr. Neena and her staff are wonderful. Our whole family has been with her for the past 3 years. She is very patient and knows how to work with young children. She told my daughter that she was the bravest little girl she's worked with. (My daughter she had to get a baby root canal). Establishing a good rapport with young children is important to establish so they are not frightened should they need other procedures besides the routine cleaning. Can't say enough about this group --they are the best.

I was a patient at this dentist for two years. I left the practice when they completely abandoned me during my daughter's dental emergency. She knocked her front tooth clear out of her mouth and her other front tooth was dangling precariously. This was on a Friday morning. I called the office and there was no answer. I left a message as instructed to do so for an emergency. No one from the office ever called me back! Thankfully, I was able to find another dentist who was willing to see her and take the appropriate x-rays later that morning. But there's no excuse for Dr Neena and her office to completely ignore my phone. I promptly switched dentists after that experience but there were other issues with this dentist. On several occasions, I've had dental exams cancelled on me at the last minute because Dr Neena decided not to show up that day. And then they told me that they couldn't reschedule me for at least 2 months!
