First off I have been here three times and Dr. Desai was never in his office I was always seen by his NP. My first appt I checked in at 10am and did not leave until 4pm , my second appt I left at 3pm after coming at 10 am I am writing this review AT my 3rd appt and I came in at 10 am and it is now 11:43 and I still have not been seen. The office is very low budget and I get better service at the local health department for free. I am a medical student and I work on an ER and there are a lot of things I notice that are not sanitary . They provide no wet nap for clean catch urine they didn't even sanitize my skin before they drew blood. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise.
