I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
