The dental hygienist is great! However, without informing me, the dentist changed. I continued my 6 month cleanings for several years and never knew who or if the hygieniets' work was being reviewed or if anyone was overseeing my care plan. I had an URGENT appointment just before Covid hit, and I arrived at the office to find they had closed with no notice or arrangement for alternative care. The Office manager who was also great left the practice. I would never recommend this practice to any one.

I had been taking my daughter to ADG for a year. She was constantly pressured to get crowns that her PCP did not approve of with her allergies to metals. Dr. Smyle was going to do them anyway. Reason being the overlay composites he kept replacing weren't staying on. My daughter has full dental coverage but I ensed up paying hundreds several times. He was constantly doing repeat procedures that weren't covered. I had enough of the pressure put on us and lack of insurance knowledge of the staff. It was always about them " getting their money." I was forces to pay for expensive medications out of pocket because the staff hadn't processed the proper prior Authorization for a year! In the meantime my daughter's teeth were getting worse and worse. After going to another dentist for a second opinion, and my daughter's two front teeth falling apart right in the dentists chair because none of the composites were sealed allowing food particles underneath and cavities to grow, it was a no brainer to get my daughter as far away from associated dental as fast as I could. It has taken several montja to fix the mess done at SDG
I would give them a 0 if it was an option.
