The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Not only was Dr Sauza great help, but he was also laid back and easy to talk to. The only problem was getting them to bill my insurance correctly. With my son, they billed at the wrong percentage. The second time, they couldn't find my info and I had to pay the full amount. We got it worked out, but it was a pain in the beginning.
