I trusted in the staff's abilities and was convinced to have an alternative procedure performed rather than the recommended procedure by my previous provider (this was a second opinion). I was told that this should help to fix the problem for years to come and less than 6 months later was experiencing the same difficulties that initially brought me in. I spoke with the dentist who said he "never said it would last that long and it was a heroic effort on his part" to do what he did. He made me feel terrible about calling to confront him with the issue and I felt that after the procedure was performed the professionalism and provider accountability for his actions was very poor and juvenile. I would never return to this office, nor would recommend this office to any of my peers.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. My teeth cleaning was very uncomfortable. I feel like a lot of the pain I experienced could have been avoided if they had been more careful.
