They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is a most friendly, welcoming staff. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The Dr found that my cataract problem was due to my eyes getting better and a prescription that was too strong.

If I had to rate them on just their friendliness towards me I would give them the whole five stars alone. This was one of the warmest and most welcoming offices I've visited. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I HAVE GONE TO DR. ALTENRBURG FOR MORE THAN 20 years and had cataradt surgery in both eyes with him.
