Dr. Ina is a one-of-a-kind primary doctor who takes the time to listen, thoroughly examine, and discuss treatment options with you. He has treated my family for years, and always provided the best of care. Recently, I was diagnosed with early stage breast cancer days after leaving to visit my family in CA. Not only did he review the pathology report with me over the phone and encourage me to seek prompt treatment, he also asked me to provide him with updates of my care. Before ending the call, he reassured me that the prognosis was good. He's simply the BEST.

They are always kind and attentive to me. I don't have to worry about them contradicting what I have to say, they really listen. I don't have to wait much after I arrived for my appointment, maybe 10 minutes tops. Not only do they provide everything they promised me, they go above and beyond and exceed my expectations. They have quite a few interesting magazines, but I don't touch anything because sick people are in doctor's offices and I don't want to pick up something I didn't come in with! They are absolute experts in their field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I've been a patient of Dr. Ina for over 20 years. He's referred me to several specialists when the suspected diagnosis was out of his field, and every time was able to resume my care and prescribe needed tests and medicines as needed, without the extra expense of remaining with a specialist. I couldn't ask for a better primary care physician (although I wish he'd move his practice a little closer to me...at present I have about an hour interstate drive to see him!)
