The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. The chairs in the waiting room at were the cheap plastic kind. My back started to hurt while I was waiting.

I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I would never recommend them to anyone. They made my situation even worse. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.
