I had a broken front tooth. I was very upset and embarrassed. I made an appointment walked through the doors and it took a second for the receptionist to acknowledge me. The receptionist with the two fangs / earrings sticking in each side of her mouth.There was another patient in the waiting room. The receptionist turns on rap music an proceeds to call my insurance OVER THE SPEAKER PHONE!! With the other patient in there she blurts out all of my info on the speaker phone. By this time I was about to leave but I was also desperate to get my tooth fixed. So I go in and the dr. looks at my tooth and says I can't temporally fix it. " We have a system and you would have to get xrays and then we would make a treatment plan" etc etc. He didn't want to touch it period. So he saw me maybe 5 minutes told me he could not do anything so I left got to the car and called my husband upset. Then I see this doctor walking out to his car as if I was bothering him because he wanted lunch or something! Very unprofessional practice! I made an appointment with another dentist. They took me right in Put a post in my tooth and recreated it. It took all of maybe an hour!

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! Their staff is very friendly and professional. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new.

I have had bad luck with dentists in the past and when I went to him he found what other dentist had passed off as "being in my head" I had a route canal years prior and I past dentist thought my pain was just from clenching my teeth. The dentist took xrays and found that the missed a whole canal! He fixed my issue, the dental work fit the first time and I feel like he did everything in my best interest instead of taking advantage of me like my past dentists. I trust this guy...
