Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I want to add to the above info, so far Dr. Greaves has saved me on more than one occassion an unnecessary medical precedure, which had been schuduled by another dr. I do like all Dr.s anyway so for me being asked to go under the knife, was not good; so i advise evryone please have a 2nd opnion before you do anything we only have one life and one shot at it!!!!!
