One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

I Like Dr. Kovats, But his office staff has to go!!! They are extremely RUDE!!!! and because of this I can NOT see myself going back to this office! the office manager Anne is the worst she has no patient skills and lacks poper communication! She has no patient simpathy, and does not care what is best for the patient! Its a shame cause Dr. Kovats is a great doctor, he just needs to re-evaluate his office staff!
