It's hard to find a good doctor in Gainesville that's taking new patients. Lucky for me, I was able to be one of Dr. Hagen's patients. She is very kind and patient with all my questions. I never feel rushed when I see her. The office could use some improvements in regard to cleanliness. Bathrooms are not that nice (i.e. clean) but I am a real germophobe when it comes to doctor's offices and hospitals so my standards may be higher than most people. Clerical support staff is ok, they don't seem to like too many questions. Clinical support staff has always been very nice and efficient.
