So my first experience is when i made my first appointment to this office. New patients have to make a appointment with a call center..so when i got to my appointment there was no records of my appointment. they couldnt see me and i wasted my time and gas driving over there. i call back that call center and told them what had happened and they said i do have a appointment but it is too late because i had already left. was i suppose to wait there even though they were not going to see me?? my second experience was when they put 2 fillings in. it has been a month and 1 of my fillings is still aching because my filling is too big so it is making my teeth ache. When i close my mouth one side of my teeth touches first then the other side. i made a appointment to get it fixed. My appointment was at 3 and they called my in at 2:55pm.. i was excited i didnt have to wait long until i got in there and they tell me that the doctor is finishing up his lunch. I waited for a whole hour until someone came and told me that my doctor isnt there and there is no one that can fix my teeth. so i waited a whole hour for nothing..I was so angry..i have 2 jobs and i do not have time for this. i went in and got 4 wisdom teeth pulled and that doctor was decent and nice..but then the dental assistant was looking else where when she had a tube in my mouth to suck the suliva and held it down my throat and choked me. overall i did not have a good experience at all. They wasted time and did a bad job on my teeth. the receptionist is rude and they need to learn how to do their job.

I'm not positive that they wouldn't recommend a dental procedure I didn't need just to make more money. There's been a few times that they've suggested I get something I didn't need. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
