Doctor is probably technically competent but his bedside manner is atrocious. Although my family and I had been "approved" for treatment, and even though he saw my wife and children (he did make some oddly judgmental comments about my 4 year old not being potty trained, which caused a tense atmosphere), he changed his mind and refused to see me when I requested an appointment. Furthermore, he did not tell me personally or give an explanation, but had a receptionist call me and tell me it was a flat "no" to treating me as a patient. I feel this was highly inappropriate, insensitive and insulting. I am 45 years old and have never been treated this poorly by a medical professional.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. They some what take the time to listen to me.. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
