Dr. Wikstrom is an awesome psychiatrist with a great heart. I was under his care for many years. He is a great individual that cares very much of his patients. His patients are his top priority. Throughout the years, he took good care of my illness. He kept me stable. There was a period that he was not taking Medicaid and he did the exemption of taking care of me even though I didn't have the money. I will never forget all what he did for my mental well being.I recommend Dr. Wikstrom for anyone out there looking for a caring and dedicated doctor.I have never come across a doctor like him since I moved. I hope that throughout the years he continues healing and working with his patients.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. During my appointment, I knew that I always had their full attention. They listened to everything I said without interrupting.
