It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I was referred to a Homecare agency that did a wonderful job...but they ended up having to discharge me as a patient because Dr. Lloyd and her office couldn't get the face to face form that Medicare has mandated to be completed in order for them to pay services done by the homecare agency. I was very upset that I couldn't get the care I needed from the homecare due to the lack of effort from the doctor and their office. UGH!

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
