The waiting area here is spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. The staff are able to answer most of my questions. They always make an effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. This is a welcoming office and doctors. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.
