They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find.
While I love the doctor, the staff is very short and not friendly. It is difficult to get an appt with my doctor of choice.
Also we are always early for appts but end up waiting long periods of time in both the waiting room and exam room for the doctor. This is consistent with every visit.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
Though the atmosphere is is nice there, the receptionist was very short and rude. They also charge the co-pay on a recheck which most doctors won't and should not do.
