Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. Dr,Kelly should not be a practicing surgeon in Colorado or any other state. She completely misdiagnosed the condition., performed the wrong surgery, and never looked at the MRI before doing surgery. She was cocky and rushed and flip. Get a second opinion. If you have a child PLEASE take them to Children's Hospital. Run, don't walk away from Colorado Limb.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
