I was referred here through another office, and it took me leaving three messages and eighteen phone calls to get anybody to answer the phone so i could make an appt. The day of my appt. I arrived to find the office closed still at 9:00 when they were supposed to be open at 8:30. Nobody answered the phone either. I missed 1/2 a days work for this appt. and they never even bothered to show up or call me! I'm completely appalled by their way of practicing a business!
