I would rate my overall visit very well. However, for a 30 minute physical that I went in for- me and my insurance company were charged for TWO office visits and labwork. The labwork I was prepared for, however, two office visits was ridiculous- charged 300$ for 30 minute office visit for a physical.

Called in to try and resolve the issue- was put through the phone call maze (4 times!) and waited 3 weeks to hear nothing back from them. Called in again upset, finally they decided that no, they absolutely wont change their billing.

Absolutely unprofessional.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
