Came in for a strep test and saw Merkel's PA, Joshua Barber. I really needed the strep test since I was very sick and was going to be around infants and the elderly later that week. I got a sub-WebMD diagnosis in the office, then they lost the strep test, never called about it, and then absolutely refused refund the visit. They have a poor quality of service, which they seem content to deliver. Fort Collins has a lot of great doctors, this is certainly not the place to go... unless you are not concerned with your time, money, or health...

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
