Very thorough from beginning to end. Dr Klein makes sure you understand your conditions and treatment plan. He is always friendly attitude and cares about his patients. I have been seeing him for 25 years now and dread having to see someone else.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
