They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Time always drags when I'm in the waiting room unless they have a good magazine selection, and they definitely do here. Time flew by while I was reading them. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

I definitely didn't make progress during my sessions. I actually think I'm worse than I was before I started going. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time.
