I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Getting an appointment with them couldn't be easier. They're always able to give me the appointment time that works for me, and I never have to worry about taking off work or trying to squeeze it in my busy schedule. Time always drags when I'm in the waiting room unless they have a good magazine selection, and they definitely do here. Time flew by while I was reading them. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
