Dr. Palmer is a satisfactory physician, old school, typical psychiatrist focused on diagnosis and medication. I did feel a little "nickled and dimed" sometimes (small on fees for simple admin requests like fill out a form - don't remember specifically what for but something like that), but I don't have anything negative to say about him. I had already been diagnosed when I saw him (though all the doctors, including Sutter - were wrong! - I had a physical illness causing depression and it wasn't until I went to Dr. Lisa Hunt that I was properly diagnosed and started feeling SO much better).

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I will definitely recommend them to people I know. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
