In this day-and-age, many people besides myself, like to review providers' online presence prior to their visit. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. When call for an initial appointment, the friendly receptionist interacts well, and sends forms to be completed prior to the first appointment. But after that initial interaction with her, her customer service skills rapidly decline. It's next to impossible to reach anyone by phone; it seems VMs just enter a black hole somewhere. This is even true for my other providers who have tried to connect re my care! It's like pulling teeth to get basic patient information, but is that her or him?

Have often had to wait a long time, and not only do they provide just a couple of magazines/newspapers, but they are generally quite outdated. I've never noted too much "smelly stuff" which is great - even in the clean, well-maintened restroom.

If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I believe Dr. Bell means well, but the stress caused by lack of ability to reach anyone at the office has outweighed much of the benefits of seeing him.
