They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office is of course filled with pregnant ladies, so being menopausal doesn't help!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods.
