Dr. Schneider is the best gynecologist & surgeon I've ever had. I'm 58, had lots of doctors. Roy Schneider is TOP NOTCH! He improved the quality of my life. I lived in Ventura 17 yrs & as my doctor he has done so much for me & I've always wanted to say "thank you" again You may not recall a patient named Tamara Zube, I moved away in 2000 to Sacto, was a member of Pier Pont & also a patient of Dr.Klein's. You performed a few surgeries, may have even saved my life; you never know. Cryosurgery, laparoscopic cone-biopsy, & full bilateral salpingo hysterectomy... THANK YOU!!! I can dance again!! Seriously I was able to play many years of major tennis even won tournements, & participated in other sports & human again instead of doubling over in excruciating pain. And Thank you for finding my right ovary hiding out with adhesions & removing the other as well). Joking aside you treated me well & my healthcare needs were addressed. Even after surgery..."The Rocket?" Too funny (let's keep that one between us). And I don't see any scars! Always friendly, never rushed inviting me to sit in your office to go over things. I'm compelled to mention those positive experiences because these days seems Drs are too busy & you leave thinking "ok I waitied forever & saw someone who resembled a Dr for a split second & now not sure why I bothered" I'm so tired of the fast-paced cattle herding visits. I feel bad for them though the way healthcare has been having to jump through hoops for pharmaceutical & insurance companies & over regulated gov . Not many can take time to make sure you're well informed to make best choices for your health. It bothers me. I just had a physical where 2 mins we're spent on the actual exam & it felt like I was at in/out burger fast food restaurant, & they even got my order wrong.. Maybe I have high standards being a 31 year retiree for CDPH L&C for healthcare facilities. Even more reason for this review. You should be thanked cause you're one of the good ones. I even liked the framed pictures you kept of your family & your desk & the poster on exam room ceiling. I hope you are able to retire soon & enjoy all the good that you've done.
