The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The chairs in their waiting room were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the doctor.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They became a family. I had never felt so at ease with all of the medical things I was going thru. They helped me thru the hardest time in my life...as a matter of fact they saved my life! Thanks Dr. Strauss and Staff
