They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
