I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
