They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.
