Dr. Albridge is very thorough in her exams and has always made me feel important as a patient. She is warm and courteous and her staff are well trained. I would recommend her to anyone wanting expert dermatological care.

I was very satisfied with Dr. Albridge. She was very attentive, intelligent, receptive, personable, patient, kind, didn't rush through my appointments, explained everything very clearly, and didn't pontificate.
The office staff tried to be helpful, but two women who answered the phone gave me the impression they were unfamiliar with the appointment software (I know I spoke to at lease three different receptionists over the phone.) There was confusion on scheduling my appointments and one of them couldn't find my file until I spelled my time several times. I also received an appointment reminder call for an appointment the office staff had rescheduled the previous week. The doctor made sure every question I had was answered. However, when she was on vacation during my course of treatment, I had a question and was told her partner would call me. Her partner did not return my call. The office was easy enough to find.
