Walked in for an Annual Physical and they started to do an EKG. I told them I am NOT a heart patient and have no cardio issues, yet they insisted upon it. Of course I declined it, then Dr Cesar Molina came (an hour and a half late) and chastised me for not allowing them to take an EKG. Did a very rushed examination, did not discuss my blood work. Even tho the lab work was ordered by him he could not pull it up. Fortunately I had a copy with me - still did not discuss the reports/ramifications with me, just jumped to his conclusions. I discussed other health issues I was having and he said he had to go to the next patient. Did not do any of the routine annual physical exam tests that I am accustomed to/are required. I subsequently contacted their office by phone & email and told them I felt "cheated" from an annual physical exam point of view. I was referred to him by the South Asian Heart Center. It was only after I gave feedback to them (I love SAHC) that his office even responded to my email. Said Dr is on vacation for a month, he will contact me after he gets back. He never did! And then I got a bill for $1,000 for having discussed other medical issues. I have disputed the charges in written and yet there office now continues to harass me by sending monthly payment demands. I don't know if he is a good doctor or not but TERRIBLE bedside manner and HORRIBLE business practices. That was 8 months ago- no word yet.

The chairs in the waiting room at this doctor's office were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I will definitely recommend this doctor to people I know. They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It's usually possible to get the appointment time that works well with my schedule.
