Dr. Prosser is the best pediatrician, and his staff is awesome! I always choose the insurance that covers him! They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. This business is in one of the safest areas around and the surroundings are very nice. They are very patient with first-time mothers. No matter how basic my question, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to me.
