They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I couldn't believe how patient they were with first-time mothers. It didn't matter how basic the first-time mother's question was, they were always happy to spend time explaining everything to them. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

My child absolutely loves Beth Ward, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say. Dr. Ward always listens to my concerns and asks additional questions to make sure she completely understands our situation before jumping to a "quick" or "easy" answer to the issue. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
