Office staff can be curt and rude. When I asked how much longer my appointment would be delayed, after a 30 minute wait already, I only got unhelpful answers like "you're next" but they didn't mention that Dr is running 1.5 hours late already. Dr's medical assistant has no regard for patient's time, making me wait for a simple flu shot while he conversed about non-work subjects with another employee within earshot of me for more than 15 minutes while I waited in the exam room. He then got bossy when he saw me at the medical records window getting copies of my Rx's and tole me to go back to the exam room. However, Dr. Musicant is top notch, knowledgeable and seems concerned for my wellbeing. I hope his staff doesn't cost him patients.
