I called Dr. office explained my fiancé needed to get in he seemed very ill and I was worried maybe heart problem, and they said they couldn't seem him till Thursday three days later, I'm a nurse and the Dr.'s I have worked with have always fit in a pt. if there was a problem that needed to be checked out, more so when the pt. is older in their 70's and up in age. sometimes wait is a bit long.

My first experience with Nicole was very good. Then my follow up visit i waited 1 hour and a half with kids in waiting room not even called back yet!!! After asking how much longer, they rudely said not sure, i left. Went back again was called back and waited another hour just for blood work results that take 5 minutes! Then!!! After all this , after doing bloodwork pharmacy sends over request to refill and they DENY it!!! Called them and they said you need to come in. Um no just saw you, and dr said not for 6 months!!! Please refill my prescription, so i can live about my day since i followed all rules. Mam we will call you back, haha still waiting on that call.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME!!!!!
